The top floor has large master bedrooms, each with bathroom, dressing room and terrace with wonderful sea views. This modern contemporary design gives a feeling of space and light. The spacious main kitchen is found on the terrace level and comes equipped with Gaggenau appliances and a large wine fridge. There are other kitchens on the terrace (great for barbecues!) and in the apartment.
The lower level is home to an apartment with its own living area, terraces with sea views, kitchen and bathroom. This is a very private area, offering the same quality as the main house and only a stone's throw away. In addition, the villa is designed with the utmost care and taste and kitted out with only the very best features and furnishings.
For instance, the high-quality fabrics have been produced from the only weaving mill in Mallorca and all bathrooms have been equipped with Dornbracht taps. Moreover, the house features a collection of museum-quality works of ancient art. The villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout, wifi, alarm system, safe, automatic blinds, BOSE and Bang & Olufsen sound systems, with all systems controlled by iPads provided.
