A stunning property located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Situated on 4.5 acres of land overlooking the small village of Abreu, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. Falling in love with this raw, undeveloped land in 2014 and spending a year meticulously planning and designing every aspect of the villa, from its architecture to its furnishings.

After extensive planning and construction, this villa was completed in 2019. The landscaping of the property, inspired by the natural beauty of the land, took an additional year to perfect. The goal was to create a space that seamlessly blends with the surrounding environment and offers a sense of openness, privacy, and tranquility.

A spectacular hilltop villa overlooking rolling pastures with a 200-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean beyond, this villa offers beauty, tranquility, and complete privacy set on acres of artfully landscaped grounds.

Situated in the center of the Dominican Republic's northern shore between the magnificent Samana Peninsula and Cabarete, this villa is perfectly placed for exploring the Amber Riviera and the "Vaquero" Dominican Ranch life. Known as such for its rich amber deposits and golden beaches, the coast is backed by lush jungle and the "Cordillera Septentrional" Mountains, while the tropical waters offshore teem with marine life.

Migrating humpback whales pass the villa between January and March, and the spectacular Playa Grande Beach a 5 min drive away offers expansive golden palm lined sands and local cuisine as well as aquatic activities. Adventure through our mountains beside the villa on horseback and discover the natural world of Cacao and coffee beans as you gallop past beautiful vistas.

Experience a self-contained, off-the-grid paradise that provides a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage and gentle breezes, outdoor living here is like a tranquil embrace. Inside, the unique furnishings, lighting, and artwork from around the world come together to enhance your escape.

The main building from the villa features soaring 24-foot wood ceilings and provides stunning views of the pastures and ocean. There's a breakfast terrace off the kitchen and a spacious terrace off the living room, ideal for cocktails at 5:00 or simply relaxing while taking in the scenery. You'll find a welcoming living room, a bar/game room, a convenient powder room, a dining area, and a lounging area with a concealed 55-inch TV.

The villa consists of an expansive master suite, 3 guest suites and a separate cobblestone cottage. All have incredible balconies with panoramic views of the beautiful foliage and ocean below.
