5 Bedroom Villa

Located on the outskirts of the sleepy town of Consell, this beautifully renovated luxury villa is bursting with authentic Mallorcan charm. The 19th-century property was bought by the great-grandparents of the owners, who have elegantly updated the former family home while keeping all of its historic country-style character.

At the heart of the villa's 430-square-metre living space is a cozy lounge with a large L-shaped sofa, big enough space for the whole family. A spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room is filled with natural light and finished with smart wood paneling and granite countertops. A second sitting room has a more rustic charm, with bench-table dining and low-profile seating perfect for laid-back lounging. A quiet corner with a desk is also suitable for an office if you must catch up on work.

The villa's five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, plus two infants. One bedroom with two single beds is on the ground floor, while the other four are on the first floor, two with double and two with two single beds. Most also feature ensuite bathrooms and all have air conditioning and access to a balcony or terrace. A modern kitchen offers everything you'll need for mealtime prep, including up-to-date cooking appliances and a Nespresso machine. For alfresco sizzling, you'll find a built-in charcoal-fired barbecue in the attractive and fragrant scented gardens, together with an area for outdoor dining. Here you can also take a dip in the generously proportioned 13x5metre swimming pool, complete with loungers for poolside flopping and lovely views over the scenic countryside.

When you want to soak up the charms of Consell, you'll find the town's collection of shops, bars and restaurants just a five-minute stroll away. For exploring further afield, the villa offers private and secure parking for your car. An electric charging station here also means it's much easier to discover the island with a more eco-friendly electric vehicle.

Things to know 
This villa only accepts Saturday-to-Saturday bookings from March to October. Stays must be in multiples of 7 nights (7, 14, 21 nights, etc.).

From November to February, bookings are flexible, with a minimum stay of 5 nights and no fixed check-in day.
