This villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Brejos da Carregueira, in a big and lovely plot, just 5min driving to all beaches and villages in Comporta, and allows access to Brejos deserted beach.
This house blends the typical Comporta architecture style with a contemporary approach on details and furniture. The property hosts four cabanas, offering a total of 4 ensuite bedrooms located in three cabanas, hosting up to a maximum of 8 guests. Two bedrooms are connected by the interior and each of the other two is located in a separate cabana. The main cabana has all amenities you can wish for, a beautiful cosy living area, a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, a piano, tv with streaming and a utilities area with a washing machine and a dryer.
In the exterior, there are several and detached relaxing areas, from the living room and bedrooms terraces, the dinning area, to the hammock beds, the sand volleyball field, the fire pit area, the several outdoor showers, the lounging area facing the pool or the roof top above, with a nice view to the rice-field and sunset. The salt water pool is also one of a kind, with 20m long and perfect to swim, surrounded by an absolute lovely sand-garden that embraces the entire property. The high speed internet works perfectly either in living rooms and bedrooms, as in the pool or garden areas.
Brejos da Carregueira de Baixo is the top residential area of Comporta with access to a deserted beach.
Honestly, there is only one thing that is not perfect at this house, the moment one has to depart!
