Three of the bedrooms are distributed across the ground floor, some with direct access to the outside and all with natural light. The master bedroom is a work of art with its oversized bed overlooking the terrace and views out to sea.
A large rooftop terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden allowing for an indoor-outdoor feel when in either space, thanks to the generously sized bay windows, which fold back into a clean fold. The well-kept gardens include lemon and pomegranate trees as well as a pleasant lawn.
Access to the sea is just two minutes on foot.
The villa has outdoor parking with access through a narrow driveway, so we recommend parking on the main road less than a minute walk from the house.
This villa Aonly accepts bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Flexible in low season from November to March (except Easter and Christmas).
The Neighborhood
Bendinat is a residential neighborhood, located by the sea, close to the center of Palma which is around 15 minutes by road. It's 20 minutes drive from the airport and five minutes from one of Mallorca's most modern marinas, Puerto Portals. You'll find sandy beaches within five minutes' walk and easy access to some lovely restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Access to the sea is just two minutes on foot.
