The three bedrooms on the upper floor offer a beautiful sea view and the master bedroom has a nicely surprising terrace. A comfortably furnished bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for its quiet and private location. A studio on the ground floor is also perfect for those times of business that are sometimes needed on holidays, or as a multifunctional room as a children's or fitness area.

The beautifully decorated living room with high ceilings is located right next to a functional and fully equipped kitchen. It is also very bright and offers quick and easy access to both the dining area and the outdoor terrace.

Surrounded by manicured gardens, including lemon trees and a flourishing orchard, the pool area is very spacious and enjoys breathtaking sea views offering enough space for a barbecue or for relaxing with a glass of wine. The outdoor saltwater swimming pool measuring 11X5 meters, with its deep emerald green colour, is set on a paved terrace with a comfortable and airy porch, furnished with a dining table and a chill-out sofas within easy reach. There is plenty of seating and sun loungers around the pool terrace and there is no corner from which the enchanting view cannot be enjoyed.
