A large terrace featuring a swimming pool, a relaxation area under a pergola, a dining area by the pool, and even a table integrated into the water for unique moments.

4 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet, including a suite with a bathtub for optimal comfort.

Thoughtfully designed spaces to ensure perfect soundproofing between common areas and bedrooms.

A lush garden with flowers, palm trees, a pétanque court, and private parking at the entrance.

Bouchra, will be there every morning to do some cleaning and prepare your breakfast.

Key points:

-The heated pool option (€50/day) must be requested in advance, but may be refused between November and March in case of low temperatures that do not allow for optimal heating for guest comfort.

- Breakfast is included in your booking. For other meals, you can enjoy à la carte lunch for €25 per person and dinner for €30 per person.

- Personalized assistance:  is available to help organize your stay in Marrakech. We will gladly answer your questions and recommend activities, restaurants, and services tailored to your needs.

- We take great care to strictly comply with this specific requirement, as well as others related to it. In accordance with Article 490 of the Penal Code, we reserve the right to request any necessary documents from potential tenants, if we deem it necessary, to ensure compliance with legal obligations and maintain everyone's peace of mind. Should the conditions related to this article not be met, we reserve the right to refuse the reservation.

- Parties and events are not permitted in the villa.

- During your stay, you will meet Roma, our lively young cat whom we have adopted. Curious and playful, she is used to living here and sharing the space with our guests.

Roma has been dewormed, infected, microchipped, and spayed. She has her little habits in the living area where she likes to rest, eat, and seek a bit of attention. However, she does not have access to the bedrooms or other private areas of the villa to respect your peace and quiet.

Roma knows how to be discreet, but if you feel like playing with her or giving her a pet, she'll be delighted!
