From this villa you can walk to the first tee of Teeth of the Dog and you'll pass the Pro Shop on the way. The Links is the same short loop in the other direction, with a Hotel and Spa between them.
This villa features three bedrooms across two levels and is suitable for six.
The villa has two outdoor zones. The upper covered terrace looks out at the Teeth of the Dog fairway and the Caribbean horizon past it, both held in the same frame from the same chair. The ground-floor screened porch opens straight onto the lawn through full French doors, cooler in the middle of the afternoon. The kitchen is open to the dining room for guests cooking on their own schedule.

The Dominican Republic is one of the Caribbean’s most diverse travel destinations, known for its year-round warm climate, white-sand beaches, and vibrant culture. From the historic streets of Santo Domingo, the oldest European-founded city in the Americas, to the relaxed coastal atmosphere of Punta Cana, the country offers a blend of history, nature, and leisure. Visitors can explore colonial architecture, tropical rainforests, and protected national parks, all within relatively short travel distances.
Beyond its landscapes, the Dominican Republic is defined by its rich cultural identity. Influences from Spanish, African, and Taíno heritage are reflected in its music, cuisine, and daily life. Traditional rhythms like merengue and bachata shape the social atmosphere, while local dishes, featuring fresh seafood, rice, and plantains, highlight the country’s culinary character. This combination of natural beauty and cultural depth makes it appealing to both relaxed vacationers and more active explorers.
For golf travelers, the Dominican Republic stands out as one of the Caribbean’s premier destinations. World-class courses designed by renowned architects such as Pete Dye are set along oceanfront cliffs and inland tropical landscapes, offering both scenic play and technical challenge. With consistent weather conditions, high-quality resort infrastructure, and multiple championship layouts within easy reach, the country provides an ideal setting for golf-focused travel year-round.
