This estate is an impressive property located in close proximity to St Andrew's and is the ultimate choice for keen golfers.

The estate is made up of two houses which can either be rented together as one estate  or separately. Each property offers 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms with the flexibility of four rooms  being double or twin accommodation. Another accommodation on the estates was constructed in 2017 and offers a further 4 king bedrooms, a private lounge, breakfast area and bar for residents.

The first house has two reception rooms with log burners, a conservatory with dining facilities. French windows lead out to the summer terrace.  On the first floor is a terraced balcony that provides the perfect setting for breakfast or evening drinks in the warmer months.

The second house also features two reception rooms. The Roundel dining room can accommodate larger parties, ideal if you are one group renting the entire estate to dine together.  Both properties come with top-of-the-range kitchens for parties who wish to self-cater or a private chef can be arranged for an additional charge. Each property also features a hydra-spa to relax and enjoy a drink.

The 3rd newest house is also part of the estate and can be booked seperately. It feature five spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom.   With power showers, roll-top baths, memory foam super-sprung super-king zip and link beds, complimentary fibre-optic Wi-Fi, robes and slippers, Bowhill offers a warm welcome and an indulgent stay.  A large accessible property all on one level offering two lounge dining areas at each end of the house and a high spec luxury dining kitchen.  Outdoor relax in your very own hydro spa with views across the River Forth.

Attracting golfers from all over the world, these houses also has a short game area private to each house. The short game areas were designed and built by a golf professional to provide the perfect practice area for honing your game. Guests also have access to a private 250 yard driving range on the estate.

The estate has a 16-seater mini-coach and an 8-seater minibus available for hire by guests.  For stays of three nights or more , one complimentary return transfer per day (excluding the festive period) is included in the rate. The 16-seater or 8-seater vehicles are available to guests requiring transfers to and from their destination within the St Andrews / East Neuk area.  Transport requirements must be booked in advance. Any additional transfers are chargeable.

Rates are on a self catering basis but catering can be added. A mid week change of linens/towels and a clean are included in stays over 7 nights.
